TExas Black Gold
Texas Black Gold Garlic is made from Texas grown garlic from our farms to your table.
The rich black cloves of Texas Black Gold Garlic are created from white garlic grown right here in Texas thanks to local farmers. The company donates 5 percent of all proceeds generated by the sale of Black Garlic to the Chef Cooperatives initiative, a group of chefs who host and create quarterly farm-to-table dinners to benefit local Texas farmers – one farm at a time.
gourmet texas pasta
We believe when you serve pasta, it should be FLAVORFUL, WHOLESOME, ALL NATURAL & the STAR of your meal.
All of our varieties of pasta are made with REAL vegetables and herbs: our pasta is VEGAN and we never use artificial colors or processed, tasteless powdered veggies. We source most of our vegetables from local farms in Texas.
Fresh vegetables and herbs are blended with Non GMO 100% Durum Whole Wheat. You get 10 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber in every serving. For our Gluten-Free flavors we blend White Rice Flour, Organic Tapioca, and fresh vegetables and herbs.
Try one of our 38 varieties of WHOLE WHEAT pasta or our 8 GLUTEN-FREE varieties, and you will be amazed! The flavor is in the pasta, so you won't need a heavy sauce to cover it up.
Tio Pelon's salsita
At Tio Pelon’s Salsita, we believe that hot sauce should have a delicious, unique flavor with a nice little kick that will invite you in for more! Our goal is to bring you tasty, high quality, small batch ‘Salsitas’ that will transform the way you eat, cook and live.
Tio Pelon’s Salsita is the brainchild of Oscar Perez. Born in northern Mexico and raised in South Texas, Oscar (aka Tio Pelon) has embraced San Antonio as his home for over 10 years, taking in the culture, Los Spurs and everything that comes with this historic and vibrant city. After receiving a degree in architecture from UTSA, Tio Pelon took his tremendous passion for food and design to the drawing board. His hometown pride and culinary inclinations guided Tio Pelon to share a family recipe that everybody should get to know–and Tio Pelon’s Salsita was created!
